PACE IQ ("PACE IQ", "we", "us") is an operational intelligence platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and products, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account information. When you create an account we store your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed by our authentication provider; we never store passwords in plain text).

Operational data. The projects, tasks, schedules, costs, documents, and related records your organization enters into the platform. This data belongs to your organization.

Contact inquiries. If you contact us through a form on this site, we store the details you submit so we can respond.

Usage data. Standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the service.

We use collected information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate users, respond to inquiries, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your organization's operational data to train models or for advertising.

Data is hosted with managed cloud infrastructure providers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization's data is isolated at the database layer with row-level security. We share data only with the subprocessors required to operate the service (hosting, authentication, email delivery) and only as needed to provide it.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting us. Organization administrators control their organization's operational data and membership. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is removed within a reasonable retention window, except where law requires otherwise.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication and session continuity. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
