Terms of Service

PACE IQ provides operational intelligence software — including PACE IQ Build and related products — that helps organizations plan, track, and accelerate their work. These terms govern your access to and use of the PACE IQ website and platform (the "Service").

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Access to products within the Service is granted per organization; organization administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Your organization retains all ownership of the operational data it enters into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of, sell, or advertise against your data.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access data or systems you are not authorized to access, no interference with the Service's infrastructure, and no reverse engineering except as permitted by law. We may suspend access for violations.

Products marked "Coming Soon" or "Future Product" — including PACE IQ Public — are not generally available and may change before release. Waitlist registration does not guarantee access or pricing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". PACE IQ surfaces operational signals and recommendations; decisions based on them remain yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, project delays, or cost overruns — arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@paceiq.dev.
